How do I register with SwiftShipper.io
You can register here,(www.swiftshipper.io/register) and have one of our shipping consultants call you to figure out exactly how our team can help you best!
What services do you offer for small package shipping?
You can ship small packages using different companies like Purolator, FedEx, UPS, DHL & USPS with SwiftShipper.io.
What types of packages can I ship with your service?
You can ship any type of package as long as the contents are safe and secure. Some packages may have extra charges, like shrink-wrapped boxes, tires, and duffle bags.
How can I get a quote for shipping my package?
Within your account, you can get a quick rate or you can email our team Operations@SwiftShipper.io (Operations@SwiftShipper.io)for a rate request!
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards & electronic fund transfers at SwiftShipper.io.
How can I track my shipment(s)?
There are two ways to track your shipments. You can track each shipment individually through our modern tracking page or you can track hundreds of shipments at the same time through our bulk tracking technology.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?
Our team at SwiftShipper.io will file the claim with the shipping partner on your behalf and provide you the funds recovered either through a Shipping Credit or a Cheque sent to you. Usually, they offer liability up to $100. Bear in mind that insurance is usually available for coverage above $100.00.
How long does it typically take for a package to be delivered?
Delivery times will depend on if you're choosing to ship Ground or Express as you'll always have the option between the quicker and slower options. The express services typically get delivered within 1 to 2 days and the ground services can range up to 7 days.
Can I ship internationally with your service?
Yes, you can ship internationally using different parcel carriers. You can choose based on company, price, transit time, or personal preferences.
What are your shipping rates and fees?
Shipping rates depend on the addresses, weight, and dimensions of the package. We do not charge an access fee as of yet!
How can I schedule a pickup for my package?
You can schedule a pickup while creating the labels for your shipments or use the "SCHEDULE PICKUP" option in your account.
Do you offer any discounts for regular shippers?
Yes, we offer amazing discounts on express and ground services for regular shippers.
What type of packaging materials do you offer?
We provide packaging materials from carriers like FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and DHL at no cost to our customers.
What is the maximum weight limit for packages?
The maximum weight limit is 150 pounds (68 kilograms) for small parcel. Shipments above 150 pounds (68 kilograms) are considered freight and we also help with those shipments.
Can I change the delivery address or schedule after the package has been shipped?
Yes, you can request a change of delivery address or schedule by contacting our Operations team at Operations@SwiftShipper.io
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Shippers are responsible for their shipments. If a shipment gets returned, the charges will be billed to the shipper. We can contest the charges on your behalf and credit the return if the carrier does the same.
Do you offer any insurance for my packages?
Yes, you can insure your shipments for the replacement cost of the items. Some rare & obvious commodities aren't accepted like mirrors, glass / crystal dishes and such.
What are the hours of operation for customer service?
Our customer service team is available from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Can I cancel a shipment after it has been scheduled?
Yes, you can cancel a shipment in your account. If the shipment has been picked up, send our team Operations@SwiftShipper.io (Operations@SwiftShipper.io)a "return to sender request" and we will do our best to return your shipment.
How do I print my shipping labels?
You can print shipping labels directly from our website once you've created an account and made your shipments. You can also go back to previous shipments and re-print labels you've made in the past.
Are there any restrictions on the items I can ship?
Yes, certain items like hazardous materials, weapons, live animals, and perishable goods have restrictions or require special handling. We recommend checking in with Operations@SwiftShipper.io (Operations@SwiftShipper.io)to see your available options for your possibly restricted item.
Do you offer any options for expedited or same-day shipping?
We offer Expedited / Express shipping, depending on the movement we may be able to do same-day delivery. Inquire with our team Operations@SwiftShipper.io (Operations@SwiftShipper.io)for more details.
What is your policy on hazardous materials or dangerous goods?
Out of the carriers we offer, FedEx and Purolator can move your Dangerous Goods. We assign the designated shipping carrier's policy down to our shippers.

Are there any additional fees for shipping to certain locations?
Yes, certain locations can have additional fees, for example, shipping to remote areas or war zones.
Can I ship perishable items with your service?
